How it is calculated
- Parts they can quote per day: hours worked times the share of the day spent quoting, in minutes, divided by the minutes per quoted part.
- Parts they are asked for per day: customer conversations times the parts each customer asks for.
- Salespeople needed to answer everything: parts asked for divided by parts they can quote, rounded up.
- Cost per quoted part: base salary plus benefits, divided by the parts they do quote in the month.
- Suplifai plan: the cheapest one for the parts you are asked for each month, counting the monthly fee and the extra parts.
- Return on investment: the initial investment divided by each month's savings, in calendar days.
What is a quoted part?
A part a customer asks for, for one vehicle, inside one conversation, meaning within 24 hours of their first message. It counts when the customer gets price, availability and branch, or the answer that it is out of stock or not in the catalog. If several brands of the same part are offered, it counts as one.
Why we do not count commissions
Commissions depend on what gets sold, and sales are the same with or without Suplifai. That is why we compare base salary plus benefits against Suplifai. Your salesperson stays in both options: Suplifai quotes, and follow-up, delivery and closing stay with your team.
